# Assign an Agent

> Choose which AI agent is active for your outlet.

  <Step title="Open the Agent Library">
    See every agent available to your outlet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Activate one">
    Only **one agent can be active per outlet** at a time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch anytime">
    Switching applies to new calls only — a call already in progress continues with the old agent.
