# Control Capabilities

> Decide exactly what your agent is allowed to do on a call.

Turn individual capabilities on or off so the agent never makes a commitment you don't want it to:

* Create a reservation
* Modify an existing booking
* Cancel a booking
* Check availability
* Transfer the call to staff
* Capture and log special requests

  This is a separate save action from voice/tone configuration — you can lock down capabilities without touching how the agent sounds.
