# Manage Agents Across Outlets

> The control-tower view for owners running more than one outlet.

If you manage multiple outlets, this view shows agent status outlet-by-outlet, with quick actions instead of navigating into each one individually.

| Column       | Description                                           |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| Outlet       | Name and identifier                                   |
| Agent status | Active / Needs upgrade / No number assigned           |
| Manage       | Navigates into that outlet's agent settings           |
| Upgrade      | Navigates to billing/upgrade for that specific outlet |

## At scale

* Large outlet counts get pagination and search/filter.
* A **Last updated** timestamp appears near metrics, since data can lag slightly.
* If data fails to load, you'll see a clear error/loading state — never a blank or misleading screen.
