# Compare Performance Across Outlets

> The aggregated view for owners running more than one outlet.

Switch the outlet selector to **All Outlets** to see:

* Aggregated KPIs — total calls, total reservations, average duration, overall capture rate
* A combined call stream across every outlet
* A per-outlet breakdown so you can spot underperforming locations

<Note>
  Inactive outlets are excluded from the combined call log itself, but still appear in the per-outlet breakdown so you can see they need attention.
