# Review a Call

> Read the transcript, hear the recording, and see what the AI did.

## Call list

Every call is classified by type:

* **RC** — Reservation Created
* **FAQ** — FAQ Only
* **TR** — Transferred
* **MS** — Missed

## Call detail panel

Click any call to open:

* The full transcript
* Audio recording playback
* The AI's interpretation of the call
* Which tools the agent used (FAQ lookup, booking, transfer)

  If the call resulted in a reservation, you'll see a link straight to it with the booking details highlighted.
