# Manage Billing & Subscription

> Plan, usage, invoices, and subscription controls for this outlet.

## What you can see

* Current plan and status (Active / Inactive)
* Next renewal date
* Usage metrics — calls handled, reservations, answer rate
* Invoice history, with download

## What you can do

* Upgrade or downgrade your plan
* Pause your subscription temporarily
* Cancel your subscription

  Pausing stops billing and service, but call forwarding can remain active — check that forwarding is also turned off, or callers may hit a dead end.
