# Manage Multiple Outlets

> The owner's control-tower view once you're running more than one location.

## Outlets table

| Column        | Description                                                                  |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Outlet        | Name + status dot (Active / Inactive)                                        |
| Tringg Number | Assigned number, or "Not assigned"                                           |
| Forwarding    | ACTIVE (green) or NOT SET UP (grey)                                          |
| Linked Agent  | Name of the primary agent, or "—"                                            |
| Status        | ACTIVE (green) or UPGRADE NEEDED (yellow)                                    |
| Actions       | Manage (always available), Upgrade (only shown when Status = Upgrade Needed) |

<Note>
  **Add Outlet** creates a new row defaulting to: no Tringg number, forwarding not set up, no linked agent, Status = Upgrade Needed. Outlets are billed per outlet.

## Billing table

A second table lists outlet name, plan, status, and renewal date, with the same Manage / Upgrade row actions — always routing to the correct outlet regardless of any filters applied.

  Upgrade is hidden or disabled for outlets that are already active — you'll never see an upgrade prompt for a location that doesn't need one.
