# Set Up Phone Numbers

> Manage your Tringg number, forwarding, and fallback settings.

<Warning>
  If your outlet's subscription is inactive, all phone configuration is disabled and you'll see "This outlet doesn't have an active subscription," with an **Upgrade This Outlet** CTA. Existing numbers stop routing calls until you upgrade.

<Note>
  Two outlets can't share the same phone number — you'll see an error if you try. And if your fallback number is missing, calls that would otherwise forward may drop instead.
