Outlets table

Column	Description
Outlet	Name + status dot (Active / Inactive)
Tringg Number	Assigned number, or “Not assigned”
Forwarding	ACTIVE (green) or NOT SET UP (grey)
Linked Agent	Name of the primary agent, or ”—“
Status	ACTIVE (green) or UPGRADE NEEDED (yellow)
Actions	Manage (always available), Upgrade (only shown when Status = Upgrade Needed)

Outlets table across a multi-outlet account

Add Outlet creates a new row defaulting to: no Tringg number, forwarding not set up, no linked agent, Status = Upgrade Needed. Outlets are billed per outlet.

Billing table

A second table lists outlet name, plan, status, and renewal date, with the same Manage / Upgrade row actions — always routing to the correct outlet regardless of any filters applied.

Upgrade is hidden or disabled for outlets that are already active — you’ll never see an upgrade prompt for a location that doesn’t need one.
