Tringg reservation list, default Today view

Default view

The list opens on Today, sorted by time ascending. You can sort any column — status, date, time, or party size — by clicking its header.

The Pending tab

Every incoming reservation request lands here first (unless Instant Book is on). Each request shows a countdown timer counting down from your configured response window.

The timer changes color as it runs down: amber at 3 minutes remaining, red at 1 minute. If it hits zero, the reservation automatically expires — see Expiry.

The reservation detail panel

Click any reservation to open its detail panel. From here you have full context to make a decision without leaving the page:
  • Guest name, phone number (with a one-click Call button), and email
  • First-time or returning guest flag
  • Date, time, duration, and party size
  • Special requests and your team’s internal notes
  • An “AI call” label with a direct link to the call transcript — no need to switch to the Calls section
  • A status history timeline (created, confirmed, cancelled) for a full audit trail

From the detail panel you can confirm, decline, put on hold, or cancel a reservation, and add internal notes visible only to your team.

Instant Book mode

If Instant Book is active for your outlet, incoming reservations skip the Pending tab entirely and go straight to Confirmed. The Pending tab will show 0, and countdown timers won’t appear.

Internal notes

Add notes to any reservation that are visible only to your team — never to the guest. Useful for flagging things like allergy reminders or VIP context for the next shift.
