Business hours

Toggle each day of the week Open or Closed independently, with open/close time pickers per day — so split schedules (like closed Monday, limited hours Sunday) are easy to set up.

Capacity settings

Setting	Options
Max reservations per day	Number input, 1–1000. Default: 50
Party size (min–max)	Two inputs, default 1–12. Max must be ≥ Min
Default reservation duration	30 / 45 / 60 / 90 (default) / 120 min, or Custom
Buffer between bookings	None / 60 min (default) / 90 min / 120 min
Advance booking window	Today only / 14 / 30 (default) / 60 / 90 days
Minimum notice	How much lead time is required before a booking (e.g. at least 1 hour)

These same rules are what your AI agent uses on live calls — for example, if a caller asks for a party size above your max, the agent will let them know during the call rather than creating a reservation that gets declined later. Next: Choose Your Agent.
