If nobody confirms, declines, or holds a request before its countdown timer reaches zero, its status changes to Expired. The guest receives an SMS letting them know, and you’re notified as the outlet owner.
The first action wins. Whoever acts second sees a message telling them the reservation was already actioned, by whom, and at what time — so there’s no confusion about the final outcome.

No, it’s optional. If you want to log one, you can choose from Fully Booked, Outside Hours, Party Too Large, Guest Request, or Other.
Decline is for a Pending request that hasn’t been confirmed yet. Cancel is for a reservation that’s already Confirmed — for example, if a guest calls back to cancel.
Incoming reservations skip Pending entirely and go straight to Confirmed. The Pending tab will show 0 requests and no countdown timers.
No, manual reservation logging doesn’t allow past dates. Time must also fall within business hours, unless the override toggle is enabled.
