If your outlet’s subscription is inactive, all phone configuration is disabled and you’ll see “This outlet doesn’t have an active subscription,” with an Upgrade This Outlet CTA. Existing numbers stop routing calls until you upgrade.
Two outlets can’t share the same phone number — you’ll see an error if you try. And if your fallback number is missing, calls that would otherwise forward may drop instead.
