Not every reservation comes through the AI agent. If you take a booking by phone yourself, log it manually so it shows up in the same list.

Click Log Reservation

From the Reservations screen, start a manual entry.

Fill in the guest and booking details

Name, phone number, date, time, party size, and any special requests.

Save

The reservation is added to your list, and a confirmation SMS is sent to the guest just like an AI-taken booking.
The date can’t be in the past, and the time must fall within your outlet’s business hours — unless the override toggle is enabled for that entry.
